We had just started walking the dogs at the beach when a light rain began falling and this beauty came out. You can see Indian Island through the rainbow, which means the left leg is less than 2 miles away from us and the right leg less than half a mile. At one point it was bright enough to cast a strong reflection on the water, although this image has been processed a bit to emphasize the rainbows more (yep, there is a very slight twin).
This panorama is composed of three cell phone photos, which I handed off to Photoshop Elements and said, “Go, make me a panorama with Vignette Removal, and some Geometric Distortion Correction on the side.” Voilà!
